Night Shift Positions Available! Starting Rate: $17-19/hr Embark at Flathead Valley is a short-term residential program for struggling teenagers. The members of the Night Shift are there at the residence with our students to oversee and ensure that mental health and physical safety needs are met during their sleeping hours and morning routines. If so, the Night Shift Position with Embark at Flathead Valley is the perfect position for you! What do you bring to this position? • 21+ years of age or older • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen • Able to pass criminal investigation background check • Current driver's license • Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships. • Ability to set and teach positive values • Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid. • Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative student • Skill in de-escalating students when emotionally or behaviorally disregulated • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans accordingly • Timeliness, organization, and reliability!
