Great opportunity to work your preferred schedule while maximizing your income. No need to deal with bids, estimates, marketing, scheduling, invoicing, and billing. Our property management company has over 125 work orders per month, multiple property rehabs, tenant turn projects, and seasonal maintenance. We are looking for one responsible handyman to help with the workload. Our maintenance coordinators will work with you to schedule your appts, communicate with tenants/owners, create invoices and collect payments. You will be paid every Friday for everything billed for the previous 7 days. You choose what days you work and you determine what the job is worth. Responsibilities -Communicate with maintenance coordinators -Arrive at scheduled appointments on time -Complete work in a professional manner -Qualifications -Basic home repair and maintenance skills at a minimum. -Advanced construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills will increase billings and income.
