We are hiring 10 skilled Jack of all trades to add to our team. You must have your own transportation and tools. Must be self-disciplined and organized. Pay is based on Scope of work per house; Checks are paid weekly. 1099 position must be authorized to work in USA. Our team members are averaging $30 an hour, more if you are a fast, disciplined and organized. 2 Man Teams strongly encouraged to apply. 90% of scope: Changing door hardware Under sink plumbing Ceiling fans Can lights Replace doors Changing outlets and Switches Light landscaping Drywall repair Painting Replace Lighting Smoke Alarms Etc. 10% of Scope: Painting Installing LVP Installing Baseboards and Casing
