Looking to PAY a Drummer for radio/alt/pop-rock band

Howdy! Two professionals here looking to get back into our true passion as Covid settles. We are both 30 somethings with a ton of experience, equipment (a legit studio and gobs of gear), and established relationships with other musicians and venues in the area and beyond. The bassist is located in south philly, and I'm in montco (Guitar). We are on the search for a paid drummer that could attend 1-2 rehearsals a month and perform at a paid gig 1-3 times quarterly. Sound would be an accessible, pop/radio rock type genre. No demo yet, but we have one in the works.
