We are looking for a Janitor to take care of our building and carry out cleaning responsibilities. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and tidy condition. Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr. Responsibilities • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning ceiling vents, cleaning windows, restroom cleaning, etc.) • Notify management of arising defects or needs for repairs • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements and skills • Proven working background as a Janitor • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds • Basic math skills • Integrity and ability to work independently
