Practice space for rent in Greater Madison ?

I'm a hobby drummer, recently moved to the Emerson East neighborhood. I can't play my acoustic kit at my current apartment, and the electronic kit isn't cutting it anymore. I'm looking for a practice space I can rent and keep my equipment there and have access to it any time. So far in the area I've only found places that rent rehearsal and recording space for a few hours at a time. I'd appreciate any suggestions people might have -- doesn't have to be pretty or great acoustics, just affordable and accessible. I'd also be willing to share the space with other musicians who are in a similar spot, open to all kinds of arrangements. I just want to get back behind my kit!
