We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced roofing candidate. If you have 3-5 years of experience in EPDM + TPO we want to talk to you! A valid driver’s license is a major plus. We offer compensation to match your experience level, health insurance, company-matched retirement, and paid vacation after 6 months. Paychecks are weekly and direct deposit is available. Overtime is offered on weekends. We are looking for leaders, people who can take charge and get the jobs done in a safe and efficient manner with strong attention to detail. This position requires physical labor, applicants must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and must be able to easily climb up and down ladders. Applicants must not be afraid of heights or working on roofs. Tools are required for this job; a tool list will be provided. Potential employees can purchase their own tools or Bernecker Brothers Roofing will provide the tools and split the price over your first two paychecks.
