looking for talentless hack for cover band

just kidding but i thought that would pull in the most people based on years of searching craigslist I need an indie rock, underground music person who plays lots of instruments well and knows recording techniques and could easily make albums alone but wants to be part of something instead. Also, you don't want to practice in a storage unit or similar situation. Someone in their 40s who is chill, but responsible. Someone who doesn't live very far from me and who wants to work business hours not nights and weekends unless it's for live work. At this point I could go either way, either building a three piece band for shows or just two of us recording songs. I am a bit of a nerd but if you bring up music theory to me, that's a deal breaker. I need natural talent not regurgitation. you should probably have a ton of gear already if you meet these criteria. Guitar Style, indie, dirty blues, shoegaze, ambient, noise, and grooves like Doug Martsch, Isaac Brock, Steve Albini, Mark Arm, Matthew Sweet Drum Style, mathematical, bouncing hat, dynamic, small kit Bass Style, JPJ, smashing pumpkins, silver sun pickups, fugazi. death cab Synthesizer Style, who knows? take all of this with a grain of salt as i am just trying to communicate a general idea. originals mostly. no specific covers in mind I'll wait here with bated breath for the perfect songwriting partner.
