We are Elite Casino Events, Texas’ preeminent casino entertainment provider. We are looking for people who want to be a part of a winning team- and experience the privilege of attending some of the most talked about events in the vernacular. Our services are mock- casino experiences. We do not play for real money – EVER. This is a learning and entertainment experience, and you will be asked to perform as a dealer. Think of it as acting really- and you can allow your personality to shine though when interacting with our guests. Our events are typically held in Event Centers, stadiums and hotel ballrooms, and are approximately 3 hours in duration. Our qualifications and expectations are: • Ability to stand unassisted for 3 hours (we do make accommodations for those with disabilities). • Ability to secure transportation to and from the event. • Reliability is a must- if you agree to perform, we expect that you will fulfill your obligation. • Promptness is imperative. Other team members are relying on you to be on time. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. • Ability to follow instructions. • A working cell phone. • Access to email. • Ability to lift 10 pounds with ease. • Ability to smile, be cordial and be friendly. • Ability to remain sober – from alcohol or any other substances at events. This includes arriving to events in an unaltered state. • Ability to count and understand strategies of the games. Our main focus is on Craps, Roulette, Blackjack and Poker. In order to perform you must: • Demonstrate that you are a U.S. Citizen or are licensed to perform work in the U.S. • Complete a form W-9 as required by the I.R.S. • Understand our expectations and follow them. • Provide your own wardrobe- this is a plain solid black shirt, black slacks or skirts, black belt, shoes, socks and accessories. We do not wear any other colors or patterns. • Be available for 3 hour shift assignments. We offer competitive payment ($20+ up per hour) and flexible schedules. Work as little or as much as you like – you are an independent contractor. We make every effort to place you close to your home or workplace. This is one of the few opportunities you will find where you will be compensated for having a wonderful time! We usually compensate for work performed within 24 hours of the event- most dealers leave with checks upon successful completion of their assignments.
