Male vocalist, needs a talent coach or supportive band mates

I've sung baritone in the New Orleans Opera chorus for several years, sang lead tenor in our church choir, I have a decent range, and am looking for an individual coach/singer, or a group to team up with, who isn't so far along yet that they need a polished performer. I'd love to find an easy-going group that isn't yet performing, but that's practicing regularly in hopes of performing within a few months, and that needs a male singer or who would possibly add a second singer for certain songs. I need a group with whom I can "cut my teeth", so to speak. I don't have a memorized list of songs, but I'm always singing along to the following and would love to memorize some songs from ANY of the following: Chris Young, Brett Young, Kane Brown, The Black Crows, Toby Keith, Dwight Yoakum, Jordan Davis, Alan Jackson, Otis Redding, Tab Benoit, Billy Currington, Dierks Bently, Back Door Slam, Zach Brown, Alan Jackson, BB King, Clapton, Little Milton, Lee Brice, Luke Combs, as well as stuff like Tony Bennett, Sinatra, Michael Buble, etc. There's times when I say to myself, "I know, without a doubt, I could do this!", and other times I think, "what are you doing?!" If you're a singer, you know where I'm coming from, right? I've been told I have a really good voice, I feel I just need to get out of my shell, let down my guard and be ready to fail in order to succeed. Okay, so here I go, out on that limb, gonna put myself out there. Here's a video of me singing "The Prayer", my very first time doing this as a duet in front of a group. A little rough around the edges (the rehearsal takes were darn near perfect!). Though I was nervous as could be, it'll give you and idea of my vocal quality (or lack thereof) and range.
