Join us for our very fist wine class and tasting with educator Jeff Peterson, Ph.D. In this class, you will be exploring and tasting wines that are grown in some of the most extreme places in the world. Featuring wines from Mount Etna (Sicily), Tenerife (Canary Islands), and Valle d'Aoste (Italy), you will learn the dizzying heights people strive for in order to make exceptional wines, and the truly singular sense of terroir these wines express. The tasting will include 6 wines, as well as paired bites to accompany.
