Welcome the Spring Equinox with Ecotherapy on the beach; a morning of nature healing, empowerment, and stress relief celebrating you! This month’s Ecotherapy Mindfulness-Based Self-Care™ ritual pays homage to the innate beauty and strength of womanhood. Gathered around our sand circle, immersed in nature, this ritual will empower you with positive affirmations, ceremony, breathwork and the earth’s elemental energy. What you'll experience: • Grounding Mindful Movements that will amplify your connection to nature • Green Goddess Energy Tea Ritual • Energy & Breathwork exercise by special guest, JeLisa Marshall, of The Stylist Way* • Channeling creativity to bring your Positive Affirmations to life (options): Writing: capture your affirmations on seed paper note cards Art: create beautiful artwork representing your affirmations in the sand (rocks, twigs, flowers, shells and other natural elements will be available)Voice: walk on the beach and give voice to your affirmations*JeLisa of The Stylist Way will lead the group in an empowering breathwork and energy exercise that renews the connection between nature and our style.
