Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach is seeking an Automotive Technician to repair and overhaul automobiles, vans, trucks and other automotive vehicles. This position is open to applicants with or without prior experience. General responsibilities may include: • Diagnose & repair and automobiles, vans, trucks and other automotive vehicles. • Examine vehicle and discuss with Service Advisor, or service manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction. • Plan work procedure using charts, technical manuals, diagnostic equipment and experience. • Remove, disassemble, inspect, repairs and replace units such as engines, transmissions and differentials as required. • Repair ignition systems, lights and instrumental panels. • Diagnose, charge & repair Automotive A/C systems. • Reline and adjust brakes, aligns front ends and repair or replace shock absorbers. • Replace and adjust headlights and installs and repairs accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors and windshield wipers.
