An established eCommerce company is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to prepare and ship customer orders. Responsibilities are but not limited to: - Examine customer order contents against packing slip to verify accuracy - Receive incoming shipments, and confirm all items received against packing slips - Provide professional service when addressing customer inquiries Requirements: - Attention to detail and accuracy is a must - Excellent communication skills; written and verbal - Dependable - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Lift 75 lbs - Fast-paced environment - Knowledge of Shipstation and Shopify a plus but not necessary.
