This individual must be able to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance, and renovations at our multiple properties located in the Inland Empire. This position requires heavy driving. POSITION OVERVIEW: Property Maintenance is essential to every apartment community, and it is the maintenance team that carries this vital role. We are looking for that special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous and has a “can do” attitude. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician floater who will perform repairs, turn-over and preventative maintenance at the property. Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Scheduling, performing, and completing work order and repairs • All unit Turnover maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.) • All Maintenance • All Preventative Maintenance • Renovations QUALIFICATIONS: • Heavy experience in plumbing preferred • Heavy experience in electrical preferred • HVAC Certification required • Ability to be on-call • Basic carpentry skills preferred • Experience in painting • Provide basic hand tools • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to communicate professionally • Strong customer service skills • Must have reliable transportation • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record • Proof of Valid Car Insurance • Must be vaccinated and show proof of COVID vaccination • Must pass background check which includes a drug test COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear masks. All common areas are sanitized multiple times a day.
