Description
Looking for an experienced worker to:
Perform necessary repairs, preventive maintenance and janitorial needs throughout the entire club.
Schedule: Full-time - Wednesday thru Sunday 1:00pm to 9:30pm. or Friday thru Tuesday AM&PM mixed shifts.
Daily functions:
Participates in all types of Maintenance/Janitorial projects and assignments.
Repairs and cleans up minor plumbing problems.
Minor painting projects.
Inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability or potential liability.
Maintain tennis court areas, washing down, sanitizing etc.
Maintain pool area to make sure area is clean & free of safety violations.
Move heavy equipment and furniture.
Clean carpets and hardwood floors.
Experience required:
Must have 1-2 years of prior experience as a maintenance technician in related trades.
Must have the ability to work independently.

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
