Salutations, To the collective of We The People that is residing within the Constitutional State of California My name is Arthur Coller and am temporarily domiciled here in The Constitutional State Of California; and was naturally born in the Constitutional county of Humboldt. I am 32 years of age and have discovered this entry forum on this Public site for posting Political ads. I am legally allowed to assume this is so because Craigslist is for the Public and I am a part of the California Republic now and the matter of my Grievance is Political. I am posting my statement on my own free will and this would be my testimony of facts on what I have become aware of within are Political Society in are Constitutional State of California. I am subject to the Statues inscribed within The Constitution and The Constitution defines that my United States Citizenship is protected by the 14th Amendment 8 U.S.C 1101, 8 U.S.C 1452, 8 U.S.C 1408. After my separation from The State I am once again a nonresident of The State and have fired them as my protector because they are a inadequate source of protection. It is my First amendment not to associate with a group called the “Government” and for them to force me to join or be held liable for the Privileges of a Public Officer is compelled association. These UN-Alienable Private Rights that we inherited at Birth gives the People protection to live freely and also gives us a right to express are voices on Liberty (Freedom) as well as the right to file Grievances on my Representatives. This is my opinion on how to evict the De-facto Poly(Many)Tics(Blood sucking insects) from The United States territory and how one can reclaim their Organic Citizenship. We The People are indeed the Supervisor of The Government and we do pay these taxes which in turn pays for protection that I have never been awarded, have you? I do know the Police that I have witnessed do not uphold the Constitution nor do the Appellate Superior Courts and they have turned these into for profit UN Constitutional Courts. I am not sure if you are aware but there are indeed only two branches within are Constitution and that is The Judicial(National) and The(Executive) Federal and they are not synonymous with each other and National Government has the delegated authority ON THE LAND of are United States. I want to bring the term Public Servant back into Society and why this noble title is prevalent in Society for the Protection of Private Rights. What we pay these Public Servants to do is important for the safe guard of our Land from invasion and protection of everyone's UN Alienable Rights. The current Officers of the Peace I have seen are subjugating everyone to Civil Statutory Law(Codes) that I can assure you are artificial to man and women. Why you might ask, because Common law is the Law ON THE LAND and is sufficient remedy for Injuries against Citizens Private Rights and our United States Territory from Invaders. I am sure if these Cops or Sheriffs knew they were Public Servants and are here to protect the citizens from obstructions against the peoples Constitution then there would be more law abiding citizens which would create more Peace. What I have witnessed is are current court system instigates violence by placing illegal ruler ship over the people and seizing are Private Property. This behavior does not protect but instigates violence by making people confused on who to trust. In the current Courts I have witnessed them pick and choose what Laws these Officers want to abide by and I have note ever seen them mandate Common-Law like we pay them to do. I’m sure if these officers of the peace did their Job then we the people would not be so upset with them, but lets not worry because we did nothing wrong we just need to evict these criminals from are Land. We pay them to Protect us and are Unalienable rights and in turn most of the Police and Sheriffs that I have seen disguise themselves as Officers of the peace and go about are land mandating artificial codes for profit not protection. As far as I am aware The Government is my Customer and the Customer is Always Right! Due to my past from Public School I was programmed to be ignorant on Law being the case The State was able to make me a Corporate employee(product) by laundering my Identity to the District of Columbia. At birth the Federal Government(Executive Branch) was able to impose extensive injury’s against my UN Alienable Rights, mother nature and are Constitutional United States. In Supreme Court these offensives would indeed place mother nature as well as We The People the VICTIM Here!! It is my UN Alienable Private Right to demand that the Buck Stops Here by dissociating with this religion that we call Government! By taking my position as the Supervisor and converting my Public Rights back into Private Rights makes me free again and protects my Rights from being stolen again. By demanding my Rights are Private gives me back the Supervisor authority and now I say to hell with them and in stead of how they serve me frivolous documents I return the favor with a legal affidavit for every minute of time they steal from me. I also file a affidavit to sever my Privileges and become Private again by filling a DL142 with the DMV and obtaining a Letter stating you do not qualify to be a Driver. Trust me we are travelin around in our cars and are not drivers because we are not using the roadways for hire. By severing the residence with The State takes my name out of their teeth and removes my name that was illegally created by their sytem and established at my birth. By removing this consent to be Governed by them and nominating yourself as Governor will automatically make the frivolous taxes we pay END. It is a fact the lands within California are indeed We The Peoples and is time to reclaim are territory that mind you I never offered up for sale, did you? I have been seized from my land and imprisoned unlawfully and am sick of it. I am a Jewish nonresident Constitutional Citizen that is wanting to help people on the importance of Civil Rights and is important to know why this knowledge has been hidden from us. It states within are second amendment to maintain the establishment for the protection and security of a free state and to have a well regulated militia organized. We have this Militia and so we all know this Militia is We The People and need to be put back together so we can protect are family's and Land from The State abusing their powers. So we all know we are being invaded by The State and they are in violation of the Separation Of Powers act and it is defined in Article 4 Section 4 of The Constitution. It is a Fact we need to prosecute these superior court Franchises that are exercising unconstitutional domain and enforcing acts of international Commercial terrorism. We can arrest these Corrupt Magistrates by putting are trust back in Gods hands by allowing him to help us form We The People back together as a collective again. Do know that it is a fact that 80% of people in America believe in the Lord who is Domiciled in the Eternal Heaven. The Civil Rights and Amendments inscribed within the Constitution are concrete and fundamental for We The People’s Pursuit of Happiness. The knowledge of Common Law has been censored from us and in order to protect this American Heritage that was passed down to us by are founding fathers then we must start protecting the Republic. By working together we can protect this UN Alienable right as easy as filling papers and disconnecting The State from are Life’s. With the Truth in my heart and knowing the strength in America is very Alive still as well as our American flag and being that are Lord is the Sovereighn ruler of all men because he created us. Opening my eyes and allowing are God to save me has made me not afraid of them anymore nor should I be. I have now begun exposing the abuse The State has imposed upon my self and pray that we can bring everyone's injury into one pain that can be healed by moving this Hate into the right direction. By Listening to The States lies and false programming makes us unaware of whom to put blame on and instead we go against each other. We can stop the division within humanity I do believe with hope we can bring unity to are society and maybe together we can figure how to fix this censorship and how to start enlightening Humanity’s minds on the reality of Life. On this planet there is a huge population of different types of life, species of different kind of animals and life’s that all matter and is very important stay as law abiding citizens to safe guard their future as well as are children. Help bring the Collective of We The Peoples back together so we can bring a resolution to the family's who are hurting due to the major crimes against humanity that The State has exerted upon We The People. By becoming that Peaceful Force that I know is still within us because I know we have only been censored for around a hundred years or so back when they temporarily hijacked control over are lifes by taking control of Power Structures. Seems as though since this false believe is so young it should be easy to remove this false flag from the mind. Internal Revenue Code 20CFR422.103D mandates that your SSN is only needed if you are working as a Public Officer for The State. Being true, I do not have a S.S.N nor a drivers License with my name in their system nor a registration plate and you know of all these fraudulent activities I discovered 18 U.S.C 912 makes it illegal for me to even impersonate as a officer and means that I cannot lawfully even obtain these fraudulent D.M.V documents let alone be travelin around with them. Life has been tough to say the least but with Hope and knowing that I was a test subject of their false beliefs as well as the fact that The State has failed by their standards of creating a slave because I can assure when the Son sets you free you are free indeed. Being aware of the Fraud upon the Courts has taught me on how to regain my freedom and I pray we can accomplish this feat with the least amount of Violence possible. Before we allow The Executive Branch to act out again by pushing powers without Congresses consent; in turn lets save as many life’s as we can before they murder and Kidnap again! I do know We The People control their Purse and they have brainwashed We The People into living in their False Reality and in order for us to gain back control we must put our right foot down. For instance when are Ancestors had the Impression they trusted their Government to protect them; these Government employees had actual intentions for their wallet. Only and indeed for their Purse and at all No Love for the Constitutional United States nor the rest of the World. By forcing false propaganda and fear into our society this has caused are people to be robbed by The State and their hard earned wealth has been illegally converted into a artificial source. These State Actors removed are Constitutional money system and replaced this system with Artificial Dough. I refer to it as Dough because in the Money standards act within The Constitution defines Real Money based off grains of Gold and Silver. The dough in are current circulation within The United States is not based off of Gold and Silver which defines that the current tender in America is a Unlawful money system and I have 220 pages to back this fact. In 1933 when our Ancestors were robbed from their Gold and Silver by these literal State Actors their intentions were set on hate and not for the Love of are Planet. By them taking control of are Power structures, like for instance the Public Schools back in the 1850s by them mandating students in Boston that they had to attend these School even without Parents consent. I believe this is when this Group began creating Law Less individuals and in my mind I know this is when they began the War against America in order for resources and to gain control of are Citizens. This is a fact because these schools themselves could be ending Slavery but in return to this day they are still mandating kids that they must enroll wich is false. The next officer you see ask him what is the Definition of The State? So we know 8 U.S.C Sec 1101(a)(35) Clearly identifies The State being domiciled in the District Of Columbia and does not include STATES OF THE UNION(Constitutional United States). The National Government and the Federal government are inscribed within the Constitution that they are indeed not synonymous with each other. The National has Delegated authority ON THE LAND of The United States of America. Their actually three definitions of The State but can assure as long as we know The State is in deed only a 10 mile zone in District of Criminals(Columbia)then were good. In Supreme Court when you Demand that you are a nonresident of the state and that you and I never consented to be governed by their codes this establishes firm ground for what Law you are subjugated to in Court. Why are they out side of their Jurisdiction of The State and enforcing frivolous codes? By refusing to teach Common Law or Litigation in public schools as a fundamental building block in school or the Love of are creator for that matter or even teaching the Foundation of the Constitution is absurd and shows how they seek to control We The People. This creates a haven for Humans to be Converted into Law Less individuals by forcing ignorance of the Law into the minds of We The People. As being that Supervisor it is our Job to force their false beliefs into the trash can and repose-sing are Private Rights back by forcing them to be held accountable for their wrong doings by placing these Actors in handcuffs. If they refuse to pack their bags and Leave then we can force them to be held accountable for their wrong doings. These impersonated protectors are indeed men and women and below us in Sonority even the President himself is! To this fact why are they displayed as such a important or powerful figure in our Life when I can assure they are unequal and UN superior to man and women. I am disturbed on all of this and from the gate if these schools taught us correctly we would know that there is not a King established in are country and that one man cannot rule over another. Unless of course a Constitutional Crime was being committed then indeed this Right could be seized from that man and women or even a Individual but would need to be brought in front of a Pro Jure(Good) Jury within a Constitutional Court. Our Constitution establishes these codes for State Actors and can assure you it is ONLY Law for Government Employees. It is essential to know that by these courts subjugating We The People to these Penal Codes and so we all know we have been paying these prisons and Jails to do opposite of their Job. We The Peoples being that Supervisor need to regain this Position and reform these courts by arresting them. The Constitution is the protection barrier between We The People and Governments by demanding that we are Private non resident Constitutional Citizen protects your rights from being converted to Public Government Property. It is absurd to ponder on the thought we pay these criminals for protection when indeed they are shaping the Law ON THE LAND for their best interest. Did you know these inferior courts have converted all of are Constitutional Courts like family courts into a for profit business and that the family court division alone generates over 80 billion dollars a year. It is disgusting on how these Officers of the Peace steel the nobility of a Public Servant. We do pay them to protect are UN Alienable rights so why is it prudent for We The People of California to continue funding their tyranny. We must abolish are residence with The State and by doing so will bring yourself out of Slavery by becoming that non resident Constitutional Citizen that we were for a moment at birth. By demanding retributions and severing these ties I know this will finish the plundering Ship of State as well as Uncle Sam back to Dust. The State has assisted in the kidnapping of my Children and am sure I am not the only one whom Family members have been illegally separated from each other. Ending the temporary division within are Nation will abolish Slavery so please free your mind with Sedm and stay far from Corporate News because I can assure you they control 80% of our world wide news stations. By turning off CNN and taking those foreign registration plates off of your car and abolishing all false propaganda will begin ending that imposed reality.
