The FEA Bargaining Conference is designed for local presidents, chief negotiators and staff who have key bargaining responsibilities. Collective bargaining is a powerful tool used to create the schools Florida's students deserve. This conference aims to empower locals to identify student-centered issues that resonate with their communities, write and bargain for proposals on these topics, and increase leverage at the bargaining table. Space is limited--Save your spot by registering today! Attendees should be members of the local's bargaining team that develop strategy and participate in bargaining at the negotiations table. The registration fee is $50. Breakfast and lunch are included on Saturday.
