Hi! Got a 24/7 lockout space. Looking to let artists come in and rent hourly. It's a 17' x 18' room. There's a good amount of space for a band to set up and rehearse. We have a drum set you can use but there is some space next to it if you'd like to set up your own. Only ask that if you use ours, you swap the snare and cymbals. Good PA's. A pair of Fenders with tweeter and 1x15" cone in each that sit on top of a pair of JBL JRX225 with 1 tweeter and 2 X 15" cones in each. Fenders are powered with 1200W and the JBL's with 1000W. 14 Channels available. 3x SM58's available with stands if needed. All gear besides the kit is off limits.
