In this workshop you will learn how to create a nutrition packed smoothie that tastes delicious. The health benefits of eating raw fruits and veggies. We will explore different mushrooms (rishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Lion's mane etc.) and the health benefits they possess.
Lastly, we will come together, and share our creation.
