Alzheimer's Community Care invites you to join us for a day full of Influencing Change! Experts in the field will offer innovative approaches for the care of patients with Alzheimer's disease or related neurocognitive disorders, as well as ways to protect brain health. We are welcoming Family Caregivers, Professional Caregivers that don't need CEU's and those that do, as well. Join us! There will be 2 breakout sessions.
