Nila (Neela) has been our pet since he was very young. He is 4 1/2 years old and he will live to be 70 plus years old if taken care of properly. He has been in an adult home, no children. He becomes very quiet around children so we are not certain how he would react to a full time child home. He is beginning to speak and has a pretty laid back personality. But his surroundings are equal to his personality. Due to serious health issues we feel he would be better off in a home where he can be handled more and have someone devote more time than we are able to. He comes with a perch which he loves to play on and his cage where he eats and sleeps. All food as well. There will be a rehoming fee that is typical of a Scarlet Macaw.
