We are now HIRING for PAINTING TURNKEY AND RENOVATION APARTMENTS in the Atlanta area we are going to be working at least 2 years on these properties. We pay twice a month on every 7th and 22nd of the month Here is a general idea of what the scope of work looks like for Turkey paint: .Prepare each unit for painting. .Full Paint color change or same color. .Drywall repair when needed. (Pay Extra) .Prime and paint cabinets. (Pay Extra) .Remove wallpaper and texture on some occasions. (Pay Extra) .Demo and rehab hardware, cabinets doors, and countertops. Requirements: .Must have your own tools. .Most have your own transportation. .At least 1 year of experience in Turnkey painting (Apartments) .Workers comp and liability The expectation of completing one apartment is about 4 days for color changes plus rehab and 3 days for same color plus rehab.
