Frank’s Detail, a leader in automotive reconditioning, is seeking two experienced Auto Buffers that want to earn top dollar. Responsibilities: • Inspect all painted panels for quality work (i.e. review for bad paint and/or off-color) prior to sanding buffing. • Properly and uniformly sand panels that need to be buffed and uses appropriate company-designated products (i.e. compound and buffing pads). • After buffing process, uses appropriate company procedures to eliminate swirls and detail the vehicle (wash and remove all compounds and wax) to prepare for inspections. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience (1 to 2 years) working in an Automotive Body & Collision Repair Shop...Preferably as a Buffer. • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. • Must be flexible enough to work weekends in a very fast-paced environment. • Must have a clean & valid Driver's License. • Must have a great attitude and be motivated to earn top dollars.
