Boat Crew for Waianae Dolphin Tour Aloha! We are now accepting applications for a part-time and full-time boat crew member to join our amazing team! We are a multi-tour company looking for an outgoing, respectful, safety-conscious, and fun-loving crew with excellent customer service skills to grow with us and become part of our Family (Ohana). Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Crew members must be able to lift 50 pounds and must be insusceptible to motion sickness. We are very passionate about providing high-quality snorkeling and entertainment tours with an abundance of Aloha for our guests. Boat crew duties include (but are not limited to): Welcoming guests aboard Engaging with customers in an Aloha manner Assisting guests with snorkeling equipment Ensuring passengers safety Ocean safety (water rescue) Assisting the captain with maintenance and cleaning duties on the boat Entertain guests with Hula dances (Experience is a plus!) Proficient dock line skill (Experience with dock lines is a plus) Other duties as they arise Requirements: CPR / First Aid training/lifeguard (Preferred but not required) Driver’s License (Preferred but not required) Experience Swimmers, Surfer, Diver (Preferred but not required) Physically able to move around in a fast-paced environment Pre-employment Drug Test Required Full-time benefits: Employee discount Medical, Vision, Drug, and Dental insurance (Qualifying Requirements: Work at least 20 hours per week for four consecutive weeks) Being in one of the most beautiful places in the world and getting paid!
