Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience, reliability, and integrity to join our staff as a full time employee. Work includes drywall repairs and patching, prep work, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other general repairs that may arise. Able to make a material list to complete the task at hand. Qualifications: must have maintenance or construction experience. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb a ladder, push, pull, reach / stretch. Be comfortable working with power tools. You must have the ability to speak, write and understand English. Must be able to work with other workers, efficiently and follow direction and pay attention to details. Pay is based on experience. Medical, holidays, sick and vacation pay is included A drug test will have to be passed.
