Grounds/Maintenance Person Needed

Description

Position is hands-on and physically demanding. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work effectively outdoors in harsh conditions. Duties include but not limited to maintenance of swimming pool area, BBQ grills, tennis courts and trash/recycling, landscaping maintenance and installation, trimming and irrigation installation and repairs. Must work proactively. Must be able to effectively sustain a peak level of cleanliness and neatness of the property’s physical appearance and curb appeal and working knowledge of grounds keeping, herbicide and pesticides, use of power tools and equipment with a general knowledge of building maintenance. Pool Certification helpful. Overtime work and availability after hours in case of emergencies is also required, including weekends. Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work as a team member contributing to a positive working environment.
