Aloha. My name is Ken Jannelli. I’m a 25 year resident of Kaua’i with many excellent references. Looking to rent or caretake 1/8 acre or more for my portable sawmill and county bus (runs). The ideal location has water (electricity not required). Also I’d consider an industrial area behind a shop, factory etc. I create tables,countertops,cutting boards etc. from reclaimed local fallen trees and would love to find a space to continue this work. Pay rent/work trade/ or both possible. I’m hardworking and quiet when not running tools. No alcohol/partying/drama I live a peaceful life.
