My partner in my growing home rental business passed in a motorcycle accident last weekend. He was one of the most talented people I had ever known. He could install an AC in a camper, then build out a complete bathroom in a remodel, install a pool heater, and then fix the sprinkler system.
I know it is a long shot, but I am hoping there is someone out there who will fill his shoes. He was in charge of the maintenance and remodeling of our growing rental portfolio. Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Drywall, Paint, Tile, Flooring, Kitchens, etc - you name it, he knew it and could do it.
If you are someone who knows a bit about everything and aren't afraid to work for significant reward, I think it would be good if we could meet up and see if we'd be a good fit working together.
