Everyone should be able to access housing that is within their means. We want to make that possible. The Tri-Town Coalition invites you to join our third regional convening on housing affordability. Join us Saturday, April 9th for a conversation and solutions workshop addressing housing affordability in the communities of Millerton, Pine Plains, and Amenia. The morning will include: An update from Dutchess County on the state of housing in the region, based on data collected from their yet to be released Housing Needs Assessment Examples of affordable housing development in rural communities across NYS and how it was accomplished, presented by Darren Scott of NYS Homes and Community Renewal A solutions workshop to gather your input on the highest and best uses of two large vacant parcels in the region currently being planned for new affordable housing The Tri-Town Coalition unites a geographic area including Pine Plains, North East, and Amenia as a single voice to attract investment to our region and to address common challenges by combining our resources.
