Join us at Rochester’s jewel of a studio, Atha Yoga, for a mid-day meditation in asana practice that will return you to your day feeling ready + relaxed.
Lounge in 4 minute holds of postures as we nourish the body with breath and access deep tissues, deep power, and deeper states of peace.
The practice will be supported by crystal bowl sound healing with biofield tuners for an enhanced recharge + good vibes.
