We are northeast Florida’s premier boat and yacht cleaning, detailing and maintenance firm. Our stable and growing client base of over 100 vessels necessitates that we add another full-time, year-around team member. We are looking for someone that wants a long term career in the boating industry, not just a job! This position is open immediately. We work hard and play hard (fish) together as a close knit team so a positive attitude, tremendous work ethic, good sense of humor and a willingness to learn proper boat care techniques is essential. This is a mobile business, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is critical as our clients are located throughout the Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach and Saint Augustine areas. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that is used to working outdoors year-around, has meaningful boat cleaning/detailing experience, and/or has general knowledge of basic boat systems. We will consider training others that do not meet these ideal skill sets but otherwise meet our requirements and are willing to learn. Our compensation structure is above average for the industry (with plenty of room for growth) and reflects the nature of the boats/clients we serve, the attention to detail that we demand/deliver, and the type of team member we seek. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
