-40-55 hours per week (1.5x pay for everything over 40 hours), starting most days at 6:00 AM -Candidates are expected to be on time or early at our Brockton, MA location -Installers spend most days at or delivering to various customers’ locations -Our customers consist of restaurants, schools, offices, healthcare facilities, stadiums and more -Customers range from active construction sites to dining establishments that are currently open for business -Candidates must be proficient with hand tools -Candidates will be expected to have a valid drivers license and ideally be able to drive work vans and small trucks. Installers will eventually be expected to drive a 26’ box truck, so experience driving larger trucks is a plus. -Installers will move heavy equipment using pallet jacks, hand trucks, j-bars, etc. as well as load and unload trucks using straps, blankets, etc. Proper and safe techniques is always a priority. -Installers work with a Senior Installer or Master Installer on sites and follow their direction -Candidates must be able to pass a CORI Background Check -All candidates are expected to live the Boston Showcase Company Core Values: We look forward to hearing from you!
