We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will perform various maintenance tasks for our dealerships which include: -Maintenance and basic repairs of 12 rooftops, in Peabody, Burlington and Nashua/Bedford (NH), as dispatched by the Facilities Manager -Conducting routine inspections of all Lyon-Waugh buildings to maintain safety and upkeep -Snow removal (plowing) of grounds that includes nights/weekends/early morning shifts (Must be available for snow removal off-hours to be considered for this position) -Moving boxes, files, cabinets and assisting in paper shredding initiatives -Moving furniture and setting up desk and office spaces during facility construction/redesign -Assisting in setting up for corporate events and fundraisers This is a great hands-on role for anyone who like to be out and about and always moving!
