Join our award winning team. As Gerrior Masonry & Landscape continues to grow, our need for a seasoned Residential Masonry Estimator grows too. We are looking for an Estimator with a minimum of 2+ yrs. experience. Requirements Basic Duties & Responsibilities: The functions of this position include, but are limited to, the following: 2+ years of Residential Masonry Estimate writing. Minimum of 2+ years of residential experience in the masonry/brick/block industry. Should have a good understanding of all types of masonry construction. Residential Hardscape retaining walls, paver walkways & patios, outdoor kitchens, and paver driveways. Restoration, stucco and repointing, building walls, chimneys, steps & landings etc. Previous management and/or direct field experience required. Sales experience excellent communication skills written and verbal a must. Computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read blueprints required. In this position, you will create proposals, estimates & designs, as well as the calculation of labor & materials Manage project order logs & change orders logs. Submit accurate bids in a timely manner. High School diploma and/or a combination of education, experience and training. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. OSHA 10 hour certification preferred.
