Hi, Straightforward job for experienced plumber: - Clean the crawlspace pit where the current sump pump is (remove leaked dirty water), replace the sump pump with a new one - Install a T drain from main drain pipe for future sink (next room) Important: MUST clean/disinfect the pit from the leaked water (pit is small, app. 1'x1'x1'). Must have your own vacuum (to remove water) and tools. New sump pump with check valve and piping material provided.
