Hudson Valley Ecstatic Dance First In-Person Event!!! We are having our first in-person Hudson Valley Ecstatic Dance event!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone there <3 When: Sunday, April 3rd Registration at 2:30 pm Where: Lucy's Lounge Garage 446 Bedford Road Pleasantville, NY 10570 Who: Facilitated by MJ Sofianos, Soundscape by DJ Gus Registration/warm-up starts 2:30 pm. Dance begins at 3 pm. After the dance is complete, there will be a meet and greet in Lucy's Lounge Basement with specials on drinks and food starting at 5 pm. Say hello, hang out, and hydrate <3 Ecstatic Dance Principles: Dancing barefoot is encouraged, if possible, to connect more fully with the ground or floor. *Please use your discretion and bring comfortable shoes to dance in as a precaution. Dancing without speaking after the opening circle has been completed. Once the dance has ended, the facilitator will begin the closing circle. Dancing as we are throughout the event. This means no drugs/alcohol in your energy, no cameras or phones, and remaining respectful to one another and to ourselves.
