Roadie needed for band

Looking for a band roadie. Some experience with music equipment preferable but will train the right person. You would be responsible for picking up some gear (usually a guitar rig) transporting to the venue where the band is playing (usually local to the NOLA / Northshore area) setting up and testing the rig. (helpful if you have some experience with guitars). You may, at times also be helping with moving a small PA into the venue but no PA setup required. During the show, you would be free to do whatever you like, stay at the venue, leave, up to you. When the gig is over, you would be responsible for breaking down the guitar rig and possibly a bit of help with the PA, then transporting back to the storage area. Requirements... a valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, a dependable vehicle that can transport the guitar rig (most cars have enough room), and personal references. The pay ranges from $75 to $100 per event depending on what is required for that event and travel distance. Typically 2 to 4 events per month beginning early summer.
