Required Skills and Responsibilities: • Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include: detail dusting high and low areas, dusting and damp wiping all horizontal surfaces with appropriate cleaner, damp mopping concrete floors, vacuuming any carpeted flooring, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning windows, cleaning and re-stocking coffee stations. • Clean and disinfect Restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, counters, partitions and chrome, sweep and mop floor using appropriate cleaner. Restock paper and soap supplies • Empties all trash receptacles and replaces bags throughout the shop areas, disposes trash into dumpsters, and removes empty cardboard to the recycling dumpster. • Cleaning of break room, to include mopping floors, spot cleaning vending machines, disinfecting high touch surfaces, damp wipe tables and chairs, use cleaner to wipe countertops and sink, damp clean exterior/interior of microwaves, empty and remove trash, wipe down interior and exterior of refrigerator, empty contents if requested • May perform minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities • Occasional high-surface cleaning, requiring man-lift operation (training provided) • Occasional operation of pickup and trailer (training provided) for various local deliveries • Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned • Demonstrate ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of individuals within the company • Assist in Continuous Improvement; always looking for ways to improve process to increase efficiencies • Daily administration and tasks include timekeeping, observing all safety rules and regulations, and adherence to Quality Policy • Represent Composite Approach as a professional member of the team; consistently uphold CA core values and hold others accountable to the same • Be available normal business hours totaling 36-40 hours per week • Consistently demonstrate a willingness to learn, be flexible, and take on new tasks • Able to read, write and speak English fluently Working Environment: • Ability to bend/stoop, twist, crouch/squat, kneel, crawl, walk on even and uneven surfaces, climb steps and ladders, work at heights, reach above and below shoulder, and able to grasp objects • Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. • Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. • Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
