We absolutely hate to do this and our family is struggling with this decision, but we need to find a new home for our 1 year old Chocolate Lab Mix, Acorn. We rescued him about 5 months ago and he is just not a great fit for our family. He is a super friendly, energetic pup who is great with our littles (age 1 & 4) but we just can't keep up with his energy level which leads to very destructive behavior such as chewing, digging etc. We are looking to rehome him directly to a new family. He is in excellent health, up to date on vaccines, potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. Needs to go to an active home where he can get lots of love and attention.
