Unofficial St. Patrick’s Day is a long-standing tradition in towns across the United States where people take revelry into their own hands On Saturday, March 12, Buzz Bomb Brewing and The Ex-Bombers bring this night of music, beer, and dancing to Springfield, IL. Music for dancing: The Ex-Bombers will provide an electric cabaret-inspired performance filled with toe-tappers and primal pop hooks in both their suspiciously resonant originals and delightfully perverse renditions of pop and rock classics. Beer for drinking (and atmosphere for days): Buzz Bomb Brewing was fully stocked for the official St. Patrick’s Day Celebration so they will have all of their amazing beers available for Unofficial. Additionally, insiders are reporting an “unofficial surprise” in store especially for this night of revelry for the people. There is no cover charge and music happens from 7-10 p.m., but 10 p.m. is only the unofficial end of the night.
