Siamese Calico Mix Female to a good home with small fee

This is Susan a pretty stray Siamese Calico mixed cat came to our front door for shelter this winter. When we took her in she was super skinny and dehydrated. She has been with us for a couple weeks since. We decided to keep her until she gained some weight. We gave her a flea bath and she has gained some weight over the weeks. She came to us declawed on her front paws, and we are assuming she is fixed. We also believe she is middle aged too. She is sweet, friendly, and affectionate. She also is litter trained as well. My family and I would keep her but our rental lease doesn't allow pets. She does have a small rehoming fee of $20 to make sure she goes to a loving and caring home. She comes with a litter box and some food and catnip toy. She definitely needs a home where she is the only animal because we believe she would not do well with other animals due to her being shy at times.
