MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION/REPAIR/MAINTENANCE!! Apartment Maintenance for several apartment buildings in Cloquet and Duluth. Must have related experience, some of your own tools, driver's license and car or truck. Pay is negotiable. Duties include: simple electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, flooring, painting, replacement window installation and cleaning of common areas and apartment turnovers. Knowledgeable in Pergo, Luxury Vinyl plank flooring are common. Carpeting small rooms. Painting experience as well. You need to be a team player, can work well on your own, get along well with tenants, and work with the attitude that we are here to make the residents home wonderful while keeping a close eye on the bottom line. You must be organized. A solid and efficient work ethic is a must.
