Kids Love Bikes is a 6-week course designed to teach your child everything they need to know about bike safety, handling, and maintenance. Join Bike Walk Knoxville for our 6-week Kids Love Bikes class! During the course, our certified bike instructor will teach your child everything they need to know about bike safety, handling, and maintenance. This co-ed class will cover hand signals and riding position, controlled starting and stopping, bike safety checks, and parts and functions of the bike - plus much more! If your child loves to ride and is ready to learn more about how their bike works and how to ride with control and confidence, this is the class for them! Schedule: Mondays | 4:30-6 p.m. | April 4 - May 9, 2022 Monday, May 16 will be our rain date. Ages: 8-10 Cost: $180 per child for 6-week course Class will be limited to 8 participants. Due to the small size of the class, we will only be able to issue a refund if there is someone to fill your child's spot. NO refunds will be issued after the first class. **Participants MUST wear a helmet during class as required by TN state law. **Participants MUST know how to ride their bike. We do not have the capacity to teach kids how to ride during the class. **Bikes MUST be in working order. Our instructors are not bike mechanics.
