Desperately in need of help

I just bought a flatbed truck two days ago for work and now it's giving me issues. Unfortunately I bought as it and can't return it. If someone can come help me tomorrow I would greatly appreciate. I can pay just can't pay shop prices. Issues: parking brake sensor won't turn off & yes I pulled the handle & I have attached a pic of the other issue. Lmk how much you will charge to come out.
