Networking and discussion of Reverse Mortgages For April's luncheon, we are continuing our emphasis on Things Realtors Want to Know with a presentation by reverse mortgage specialist Nathan Guerrero. The registration for the April luncheon is at the bottom of this email - read on for updates: More events coming up soon: May 10 - Join the Sanders team for a fundraising auction at Scottie's on the River - to benefit Sleep in Heavenly Peace. This will also be a Women's Council Membership appreciation night - a separate EventBright invitation will be sent soon. May 11 - Women's Council Luncheon at the Walden Club with a program about Lenders and Titles. June 1 - Women's Council Luncheon at the Walden Club with a program about City of Chattanooga zoning codes and STVR or AirBnB codes. Elections for the new Chattanooga Network board will be held September 7, 2022. So the time to consider your future involvement is now. Nominations open June 1. July - no luncheon August 3 - Women's Council Luncheon September 7 - Women's Council Luncheon & Elections September 20-23 - Tennessee Realtors Fall Convention will be in French Lick, Indiana, at a terrific resort. On September 20 there will be a PMN class sponsored by your Tennessee Network, so plan to arrive a day early. Jennifer Grayson is the convention state chair - we need to support her endeavors! The convention dates are September 21-23, 2022.
