Join us at the Mommy Market, Saturday March 19th from 9am-Noon for a morning of movement, eats and all your mommy needs! Come join us for a morning for all the mommy's out there! We'll have drop in Pilates class and Fit4MOM Strength /HIIT workouts (wear something that you can move around in as we will be doing some movements and stretches together). Enjoy brunch vibe eats and mingling with other moms and like minded women. Meet and connect with our vendors who will have resources specifically for women. We'll have raffle prizes and MORE! If you are pregnant or experiencing limitations in workouts, the group workout will have plenty of modifications that can fit your needs.
