Sound Bath and Meditation for the people of Ukraine Join us at Alila Marea Spa and Resort for a night where we can actually do something. Where we can come together as a community and somehow, some way, support those in need. There is suffering all around the world - but right now in this moment, all eyes on the people of Ukraine and the surrounding countries supporting the refugees. Join Dana Damara in a meditation and prayer for peace. Allow the prayer for peace to be supported by breath and intention, and then solidified into our cells with a sound bath. This event is generously hosted by Alila Marea Resort in partnership with Dana Damara, a local yoga teacher, mother, and sound healer. All proceeds from this event will go directly to: World Center Kitchen: serving thousands of fresh meals to Ukrainian families fleeing home as well as those who remain in the country. WCK is also supporting the surrounding countries who are helping the refugees of Ukraine. We are all one - period. Donate what you can and bring all your friends.
