So I was going to retire (mostly) Sold my house in pierce county (260K) So I bought a house hear (150K) The house had issues witch I knew about 😪 Anyway the previous had filed for a permit 🥵 Now grant county wants me to hire a structural engineer 10K to 30K I am told. The big problem is I have less than one year to make necessary repairs I have no money/ I have no job about a zero chance this can be fixed I spent 12K on electric repairs and 2K on septic repair I have less than 20K to my name if I blow my money doing repairs And fail I am homeless If I sell I loose like 135K$ I was suppose to retire LOL I get zero help financially From eny agency Just walking away sucks
