Hi All, I'm in love with our apartment and we've lived here for almost 3 years. Moving out to a house and will be terminating our lease early, but in case anyone wants to call dibs (or knows anyone looking) wanted to post on here first. It's a corner apartment at the Sausalito Villas at Playa Vista, 2 bed, 2 bath. Lot's of beautiful natural light (I've gotten lots of creative work done here).  We'd love to not have to pay an early termination fee, so if anyone is looking to move or knows anyone who is, message me. We've put our 30 day notice into the office so it will be available by the end of September. You will deal directly with the leasing office to sign a new lease and rent is usually $3700-3900, depending on market rate when you apply. We also have lots of like new furniture available that we are selling if you are also interested (couches, coffee table, King size bed, Tv stands, etc).
